By accessing or using Cing (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by SafeX Inc.
You must be of the minimum age required by applicable law to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and are responsible for all activity under your account.
✗ Prohibited: illegal content, harassment, spam, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or any activity that disrupts the Service.
Cing uses secure QR code authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and authentication credentials. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.
All messages are end-to-end encrypted; even server administrators cannot decrypt your messages. For details on how data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeX Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us using the details below and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in a court of law. The arbitration shall be seated in Orange County, New York, and judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
You and SafeX Inc. agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any class or representative proceeding.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and SafeX Inc. waive any constitutional or statutory right to sue in court and to have a trial before a judge or jury, electing instead that all disputes be resolved by arbitration as set out above.
If the Class Action Waiver above is found unenforceable as to any claim, that particular claim shall be severed and adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, New York, while all remaining claims proceed in arbitration.
